Sponsored Patients
If you are being sponsored by your employer or other third party please bring a letter of guarantee signed by your sponsor to your first appointment.
The letter should outline the scope of cover being paid for on your behalf e.g. consultations, investigations and surgery, or provide a monetary limit. If this is not provided you will be regarded as a self paying patient and asked to settle the account at the time of treatment.
